Mission
The Strength and Conditioning Program at Manitowoc Lincoln High School serves ALL athletes, competing in ALL sports in a comprehensive Strength and Speed program. Our goal is to develop the total athlete by training muscular strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and jumping ability.
Vision
We do this by providing a ground based, multi-joint approach for pre-season, in-season and out-of-season athletes so they have the opportunity to train year round which provides our athletes with the best opportunities to have success in their sport.
